Abishek Choutagunta

Abishek Choutagunta is currently serving as an Emergent Ventures India Fellow at the Mercatus Center, focusing on research related to constitutional economics and federalism in India. Prior to this role, Abishek has gained experience as a Research Associate at University of Hamburg, an intern at the Asian Development Bank, and a research associate at Madras School of Economics. Abishek holds a PhD in Economics and Law, as well as a Master's degree in Law and Economics.
