Nena Stewart

Nena Stewart has been a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Merced County Office of Education since November 2019. Nena also serves as a Mental Health Coach Volunteer at Elevation Church from April 2021 to February 2024, providing support to individuals facing serious life challenges. Prior to this, Nena worked as a Field Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau from July 2020 to October 2020, managing a team to achieve set goals. With a background in Home Economics and Management from California State University, Fresno and a CA Credential from National University, Nena has a wealth of experience as a High School Teacher and Club Advisor at Family and Consumer Science. Nena has also worked as an intern teacher at Los Banos High School, specializing in Home Economics.
