Dr. Ewa Łabno-Falęcka has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and organizations. Dr. Ewa started their career as a Counselor - Culture Attache at the Embassy of Republic of Poland in Bonn from 1993 to 1999. Dr. Ewa then pursued their Ph.D. Study & Assistance at Karl-Eberhard-University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they worked at Jagiellonian University from 1983 to 1988 at the Institute of German Philology.

In 2006, Dr. Łabno-Falęcka co-founded the Global Road Safety Partnership and served as its Chairwoman for two terms until 2010. Dr. Ewa worked extensively with various authorities and business partners to improve road safety in Poland. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Chairwoman of The Society of Friends of MoMA, Warsaw, where they played a crucial role in establishing the rules and regulations of the society and actively fundraised to acquire art pieces for the museum.

Their longest stint was at Mercedes-Benz Polska, where they served as the Director of Communication & External Affairs from 2000 to 2022. Dr. Ewa then moved to Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland in 2022 as the Head of Corporate Communication & External Affairs, overseeing the operations of the engines & batteries factory in Jawor/Lower Silesia.

Dr. Ewa Łabno-Falęcka obtained a Ph.D. in Language and Philosophy from the University of Tübingen from 1999 to 2003. Prior to this, they pursued textlinguistics, comparative linguistics, and translation at the German Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and Humboldt University of Berlin from 1987 to 1988.
