Shania Govender has extensive experience in the automotive and training sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Mercedes-Benz South Africa since April 2007, focusing on technical services, warranty, service contracts, and operations. Prior roles at Mercedes-Benz include Technical Services Manager, where management of technical advice, dealer support, and the Customers Assistance Centre was key. Earlier experience includes serving as Training & Development Manager at Bidvest Group - Rennies Foreign Exchange, overseeing national training initiatives for employee development, and working as a shipping consultant at Premier Group.
