Khoa Tran

Khoa Tran currently serves as the Head of Operations Office Intern at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at the ICC - International Cooperation Club, where significant contributions were made to human resources and internal communication, achieving 125% of the KPI in the recent recruitment campaign. Khoa also held the position of Head of Human Resources, successfully launching a recruitment campaign that doubled candidate numbers compared to the previous year and exceeded new hire targets by 45%. Additionally, Khoa was part of the Organization Committee for the International Summer Program at Foreign Trade University - Hochiminh City, planning activities for Japanese exchange students. Khoa also contributed to the logistical and HR aspects of a national scientific workshop while studying towards a Bachelor's degree in International Economics at Foreign Trade University, expected to be completed in August 2024.
