Calum Armstrong

Calum Armstrong is an experienced aerodynamic design engineer currently working with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team since July 2022. Previously, Calum held the position of model design engineer at Scuderia AlphaTauri F1 Team from December 2019 to July 2022. Prior roles include mechanical design engineer at YASA, design engineer at Titan Motorsport and Automotive Engineering, and data engineer at ENIGMA MOTORSPORT LIMITED. Calum began his career as a bike technician at Halfords from July 2012 to August 2016. Educational background includes an MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering from Cranfield University and a BEng (Hons) in Motorsport Design Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
