Paul Mills

Paul Mills has extensive experience in human resources, organization development, and personnel planning. With a background in companies such as Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo Car Corporation, Siemens, and Ford Motor Company, Paul has held various managerial and leadership roles. Paul is currently the Chief People Officer and Special Projects at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and is a Chartered Fellow CIPD.
