Prudence Medford

Prudence Medford is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team since October 2022. Prior to this role, Prudence held various leadership positions, including HR Director at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd from January 2020 to June 2022 and Head of Employee Engagement at Jaguar Land Rover from August 2018 to December 2019. Prudence also served as VP of HR for Jaguar Land Rover North America and has extensive experience with Jaguar Land Rover in multiple HR capacities since 1999. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Organisation Development from the University of Sussex, a CIPD from Coventry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
