Rosie Wait

Rosie Wait has a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the University of Cambridge. With extensive experience at McLaren Racing, Williams Martini Racing, and currently at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, Rosie has held various positions such as Simulation Development Engineer, Race Strategy Engineer, and Head of Race Strategy. Rosie is responsible for developing race simulation models, making strategy decisions during races, and working on vehicle dynamics, specifically focusing on the aerodynamic aspects of the vehicle model.
