Jigisha Dahagam

Jigi Dahagam is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Mercer Advisors since March 2022. In this role, Jigi leads all talent functions and a high-performing team while being a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, Jigi held various positions at Edelman Financial Engines, including Director of Talent Experience and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where a focus on employee experience led to the creation of significant programs throughout the employee lifecycle. Jigi possesses extensive experience from previous roles at organizations such as Precept Life Sciences, the Corporate Executive Board, Capital Group Companies/American Funds, DIRECTV, and EBSCO Industries, showcasing a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Jigi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
