Alyssa Kauffman

Alyssa Kauffman, MS, RD, LD, currently serves as a Dietitian at Mercer Residential Services, Inc. since April 2022 and at Community Health and Wellness Partners of Logan County since May 2019. Previous experience includes positions as a Youth Development Specialist at the Boys and Girls Club of Brookings and a Research Assistant at South Dakota State University. Alyssa began their career as a Dietary Aide at Green Hills Retirement Community and has held various roles including Student Intern and Ministry Assistant at Bluffton University. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Food and Nutrition from Bluffton University. Additionally, Alyssa has completed coursework at Cedarville University.
