David Hricik

David Hricik is a Professor of Law at both Mercer Law School and Mercer University, roles held since June 2002. With extensive experience in the legal field, David has served as Of Counsel at Taylor English Duma LLP from April 2014 to March 2019, focusing on complex commercial litigation and related areas. Additional experience includes clerking for Chief Judge Randall R. Rader at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and holding positions at firms such as Baker Botts LLP and Yetter & Warden. David is also a long-standing member of the American Bar Association since 1988. Education includes a JD from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Arizona.
