Herb Silver

Herb Silver, PT, MBA, DSc, OCS, is an experienced educator and practitioner in the field of physical therapy. Currently serving as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Mercer University since January 2010, Herb specializes in general orthopedics and manual therapy while also lecturing on healthcare industry and reimbursement issues. As the President and Senior Clinician at Sensible Wellness since March 2013, Herb leads a progressive physical therapy model focusing on improving health status through sensible actions. Herb previously owned and operated Velocity Spine and Sports, a private practice specializing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy from January 1999 to July 2013. Educational credentials include a DSc in Physical Therapy/Electrophysiology from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, an MBA from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics, and BS and BA degrees in Physical Therapy and Psychology, respectively, from Georgia State University and Eckerd College.
