John Peach

John Peach is an accomplished professional in athletic compliance with extensive experience in higher education institutions. Currently serving as the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance at Mercer University since August 2016, John oversees compliance for 18 athletic programs and acts as a liaison to the Admissions Office. Prior to Mercer, John held various positions at Vanderbilt University from 2006 to 2016, including Associate and Assistant Director of Compliance, where responsibilities included eligibility oversight and office transitions to new compliance software. Additional experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University and previous roles in coaching and educating at the high school level. John holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Sport Administration and a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership, and is pursuing further studies in American Indian/Native American Studies.
