Alan Nelson

Alan Nelson, CMgr MCMI, is currently the UK DC Product Leader and Master Trust Strategist at Mercer, a role they have held since 2012. They previously served as the Head of Governance and Delivery at Mercer and have extensive experience in various leadership positions, including Head of Operations at Capita and Head of DC Oversight at Threadneedle Asset Management. Alan began their career as a Consultant at Aon Consulting and held the position of Principal Consultant at Winterthur Life. They earned a BA Hons in Modern History and Politics from De Montfort University and a CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
