Amy O'Neill

Amy O'Neill is currently a Partner in Health & Benefits at Mercer, specializing in total rewards strategies with over a decade of experience in health and benefits. Previously, O'Neill held roles at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, assisting state public sector clients with technology implementations, and at the Congressional Budget Office as an Assistant Analyst, supporting economists on policy issues. O'Neill also served as Director of Public Affairs at Liberty Mutual Insurance, overseeing political action committees and compliance, and held various leadership positions related to health and welfare programs at the same company. O'Neill holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester, a J.D. in Health Law from Suffolk University Law School, and an MPA from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, along with leadership training from the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women.
