Elena Ceballos

Elena Ceballos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as COO of Global Products at Mercer, Inc. since January 2022, Elena has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including COO and Special Projects Leader for Career Products and Chief of Staff for Intellectual Capital Solutions. Previously, Elena worked as a Project Manager at Oliver Wyman, managing marketing and human capital projects, and co-founded Cibola Partners, LLC, where privatization and transaction analysis were key focus areas. Early career experiences include senior consulting at E & Y, project management at Bank Advice, and extensive due diligence and asset valuation work at Oliver Wyman. Elena holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MA in Second Language Acquisition from Bryn Mawr College, and a BA in Linguistics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
