Jess von Bank

Jess Von Bank is a prominent global leader in HR transformation and technology advisory at Mercer, where since November 2018, Jess has provided insights on digital experience and workforce technology while also leading the Now of Work Community. In addition to this role, Jess serves as President of Diverse Daisies, a nonprofit organization empowering girls aged 11-15, and holds a position as a board member and program advisor for the Women in Leadership Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Jess's previous experience includes leadership roles at Click Boarding, Symphony Talent, QUEsocial, SuccessFactors, Jobs2web, The RightThing, and Hyrian, focusing on market engagement, customer success, recruitment marketing, and client services.
