Joy (Barber) St. James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital solutions and sales leadership. Currently serving as Principal of Digital Solutions at Mercer, Joy previously held various roles at UKG, including Sales Leader and Strategic Development Manager. Prior to UKG, Joy worked as a Strategic Development Manager at Ultimate Software and was a District Manager at FlexPay Business Services, Inc. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a study abroad experience in Sevilla, Spain.
