Ravin Jesuthasan

Ravin Jesuthasan, CFA, FRSA, serves as Senior Partner and Global Leader for Transformation Services at Mercer, where responsibilities include overseeing transformation initiatives from the Chicago office since January 2021. Additionally, Ravin serves as a Faculty Lecturer for courses on the future of work and automation at The Fast Future Executive and Caltech Executive Education since October 2022 and March 2022, respectively. Prior to joining Mercer, Ravin was the Managing Director and global leader of the Talent and Rewards portfolio at Willis Towers Watson from September 1994 to January 2021, and held the role of Global Practice Leader at Towers Perrin from 2001 to 2010. Early career experience includes serving as a Consultant in Accenture's Strategic Services Practice. Ravin holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Finance and Commercial Law from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
