Richard Cooper is currently the MMB Business Leader in Singapore at Mercer, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Richard served as the Chief Operating Officer for Mercer in Asia and worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Asia as the Regional Transformation Director from 2016 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Richard held various leadership positions at Allianz, including Regional Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer in Singapore. Richard earned a BA (Hons) in Marketing from The University of Stirling between 1989 and 1993.
