Shoshanna Civian

Shoshanna Civian currently serves as the Head of Investments Implementation Technology at Mercer, a position held since May 2025. Additionally, Shoshanna is the Vice Chair of the Womens Bond Club SSGA Boston, focusing on networking, women's leadership, and skills development since January 2024. Previous experience includes over 15 years at State Street Global Advisors, where Shoshanna held multiple roles including Vice President of Global Trading and Investment Oversight Technology Manager and VP, Senior Business Analyst for fixed income, equity, and foreign exchange trading and portfolio management. Earlier roles at State Street Securities Finance and State Street Global Markets included risk analysis, project management, and quality assurance. Shoshanna holds a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University, earned in January 2004.
