Timothy Laffey

Timothy Laffey currently serves as Partner and Philadelphia Office Leader at Mercer, focusing on preparing clients for the future of work and enhancing health and well-being since September 2025. Prior to this role, Timothy was VP of Growth for Sequoia, leading the growth strategy for the NYC office from October 2024 to September 2025. Timothy has extensive experience at Aon as Managing Director, overseeing growth strategy across Risk Capital and Human Capital for the NYC office between June 2022 and October 2024. Previous positions include Principal in the Global M&A Advisory Services at Mercer and Vice President in the Global Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at Marsh, as well as Vice President of Sales for Capital Markets at Bowne. Timothy holds a degree from The Catholic University of America.
