Joe Lee

Joe Lee has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Merchant & Gould since October 2003. In this role, Joe specializes in patent-related investigations, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and handling patent litigation. Prior to this position, Joe worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Solar Plastics, Inc. from June 1999 to September 2000. Joe Lee holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School (2000-2003) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota (1995-1999).
