Gary Munro

Gary Munro is currently working as a Technical Director at Consult Hyperion, where Gary has held various consultant roles. Gary is also a judge for the MPE 2020 Awards at Merchant Payments Ecosystem. Previously, Gary was a Sales Director at VeriFone and held various managerial positions at Gemalto, including Vice President for POS in the UK & Ireland. Prior to that, Gary was with Schlumberger/Axalto where Gary managed e-payment programs and R&D teams for smart cards and GSM SIM cards. Gary started their career as a Senior Engineer at Racal Transcom after obtaining a BEng Hons in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
