Wessel Wessels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural economics and financial services. Currently serving as a Regional Manager and Commercial Finance Specialist at Merchant West since April 2021, Wessel specializes in developing tailored financial solutions for clients. Simultaneously, Wessel holds the position of Renewable Energy Consultant at ADSOLARTECH, focusing on creating strategies to reduce energy costs and promote sustainable practices. Prior to these roles, Wessel had a lengthy tenure at Absa from November 1994 to April 2021, where responsibilities included Area Manager in Relationship Banking and various managerial positions in mid-corporate and agricultural business sectors. Wessel's career began at the Department of Agriculture and Suidwes Co-op as an Agricultural Economist.
