Amy Grau

Amy Grau has a diverse work experience in the fields of product management, technical writing, and IT infrastructure. Amy has held various roles in different companies, including MerchantE and Worldpay.

At MerchantE, Amy started as a Technical Writer, where they quickly gained attention for creating and maintaining technical and end-user documentation. Amy then transitioned into roles of increasing responsibility, such as Director of Product Performance and Senior Director of Product Management, where they worked on portfolio management, risk mitigation, and agile project management.

At Worldpay, Amy held positions such as Leader - Technical Delivery Manager and Senior Technology Manager, where they focused on designing and scaling IT infrastructure, delivering technology projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Amy Grau obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical and Professional Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2002.
