Susheela Sabaratnam

Susheela Sabaratnam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human capital management across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Capital at Merchantrade Asia, Susheela has successfully implemented projects such as the Leadership Series Talk for Young Leaders. Susheela is also a Board Member at TECH Outreach, leading initiatives for Women in Business, and has held consulting roles as an HR Advisor at TalentOne Consulting and Principal Advisor at Cognetive Education Solutions. Previous positions include Director of HR & Admin at Impiana Sdn Bhd, Group HR Director at MCM Technologies Berhad, and Head of HR for Asia & Africa at The WorldFish Center. Susheela holds an MBA from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, among other qualifications in administrative and secretarial management.
