Laura Dane

Laura Dane, SPHR, is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as AVP of Talent Management at Merchants Bank of Indiana since October 2018, Laura focuses on building effective partnerships with business leaders and enhancing team performance. Previously, Laura held the position of Human Resources Leader at Target for over 12 years, where responsibilities included performance management and employee feedback processes. Early career experience includes the role of Administrative Assistant at RE/MAX Advanced, Inc., where Laura showcased exceptional organizational skills and created marketing materials. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Apparel and Merchandising, both from Colorado State University.
