Nicole Messenger

Nicole Messenger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Human Resource Officer at Merchants Bank NA since May 2002. In this role, Nicole develops departmental goals and objectives aligned with the bank's strategic plan while partnering with leadership to recruit and onboard top talent. Previously, Nicole held the position of Human Resource Generalist at the Winona Society of Human Resource Management, where involvement included serving as Vice President in 2008, President in 2009, and Past President in 2010.
