Brad Rasmussen

Brad Rasmussen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Brad served as the CIO of Merchants Bonding Company from 2014. Prior to that, they were a Former Board Chair and Current Board Member of the Technology Association of Iowa starting in 2007. From 2011 to 2014, Brad worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing Technology Delivery at Wellmark, Inc., where they managed the business relationship between the IT organization and the Sales/Marketing business area. Brad also worked as the President of BizTECH Leadership Consulting during the same time, where they helped companies address challenges at the intersection of technology and business. Brad was the CIO of GeoLearning, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, where they had complete responsibility for software engineering activities and customer support. Additionally, they held the role of VP Professional Services at ABC Virtual Communications, Inc. from 1999 to 2008, where they were responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Professional Services organization. Brad also has experience as a Program Manager at Wellmark BlueCross BlueShield and Director of Performance Engineering/QA at AMDOCS. Overall, Brad Rasmussen has a successful track record of leadership in both large and small companies.

Brad Rasmussen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, where they attended from 1982 to 1986.
