Gina Lockwood

Gina Lockwood serves as the Assistant Vice President - Claims at Merchants Bonding Company since March 2019, having previously held the positions of Director of Claims and Senior Claims Attorney within the same organization. Prior experience includes working at Clark Hill Strasburger as a Senior Attorney, specializing in construction and surety litigation as well as commercial bankruptcy and litigation. Gina's extensive legal practice encompasses representation of contractors, developers, and sureties in high-stakes cases, as well as creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Prior roles at Langley LLP involved similar fields of law, demonstrating a comprehensive background in construction law, surety obligations, and commercial disputes. Gina obtained a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Dallas.
