Brad Tucker

Brad Tucker is located in Kansas City and serves borrowers throughout the country specializing in a wide variety of multifamily and senior financing programs. These programs include FHA, RHS, Fannie Mae Affordable, Freddie Mac Optigo Affordable, and balance sheet bridge and new construction via Merchant Capital’s parent company, Merchants Bank. Mr. Tucker is a graduate of Washburn University where he earned his degree in Finance. He has also completed several multifamily real estate finance education courses and brings a wealth of multifamily underwriting and origination experience.
