John Frame

Mr. Frame joined Merchants Capital in the spring of 2017 as a HUD underwriter, where he obtained his MAP (“Multifamily Accelerated Processing”) certification through HUD. In 2018, Mr. Frame joined a national tax credit equity syndicator where he worked directly with Ms. Sharp and assisted in the closing process for various single-investor and multi-investor funds. In September 2020, Mr. Frame re-joined Merchants Capital as a Senior Analyst where he facilitates due diligence, prepares financial models, and engages and reviews all third-party reports for all lower-tier and upper-tier equity executions. Mr. Frame graduated from Butler University with a degree in Finance and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
