Omar Rosas

Mr. Rosas, AVP of Fund Management, oversees Merchants Capital’s fund management division and is responsible for cash management, investor reporting, preparation of fund financial statements, and engagement and delivery of all fund audits and tax returns. Mr. Rosas was previously a senior fund manager at a national tax credit equity syndicator where he also served in a risk management capacity, reviewing upper tier and lower tier financial models for compliance with tax law. Mr. Rosas has a master's degree in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
