Jen Raimer

Jen Raimer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Talent Management at Merchants Fleet since May 2019, Jen is responsible for driving talent acquisition and development initiatives. Prior roles include Human Resource Director at Elektrisola Incorporated - USA, managing a workforce of 200, and Chief Operations & Talent Officer at Cityside Management Corp, overseeing a national team of 200 employees and a vendor network of 4,300 contractors. Jen has also held HR leadership positions at St. Paul's School, Concord Litho, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, and Brookstone. Educationally, Jen holds an M.B.A. in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University, a BA in Psychology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and an Associate's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Mount Ida College.
