John Herold

John Herold has extensive experience in fleet maintenance and management, currently serving as the Manager of Fleet Maintenance and MD/HD Truck Specialist at Merchants Fleet since October 2019. Prior to this, John held various roles at ARI from June 2010 to April 2019, including Supervisor of Fleet Management Support, where oversight was provided for a team that identified cost-saving maintenance strategies for complex fleets. Additional positions at ARI included Fleet Management Sales Support Representative and Truck Account Administrator, focusing on client relationships and maintenance coordination. Before ARI, John worked as a Senior Master Technician at Ford Motor Company from June 2001 to June 2010. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automotive Business Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology and an Associate of Science from Middlesex College in the Ford Asset Program.
