Frank Carpenter has over 20 years of experience in software development and application analysis. Currently a Senior Developer and ImageRight Administrator at Merchants Insurance Group since March 2007, Frank initially joined as a Senior Programmer/Analyst, progressing to Applications Analyst and then to Senior Application Developer. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Application Developer at Independent Health from 2000 to 2007, where Frank served as Project Lead for the Medicare Drug Card System and designed a Centralized FTP System that became a company standard. Frank holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton College, completed between 2003 and 2005.
