Pmp® Umesh Mallya

Umesh Mallya, PMP®, has over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Manager of BI & Document Integration at Merchants Insurance Group since March 2011, Umesh has been instrumental in establishing the Business Intelligence department and has developed a comprehensive five-year BI/DW Roadmap, with a focus on the Microsoft BI Stack. Prior to this role, Umesh spent almost 15 years at Mindtree, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager in Pre Sales and Business Analysis to roles in programming and technical consulting, culminating in the management of a team for a banking system implementation in Southeast Asia. Umesh holds an MS in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Karnatak University, and a Diploma in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology.
