Currently serving as the Litigation Manager for the Specialty Claims Unit at Merchants Insurance Group since June 2015, Thomas oversees a team handling complex commercial casualty claims across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this role, positions included Senior Corporate Casualty Analyst and Litigation Attorney at Campbell & Shelton, LLP, where skills in personal injury litigation were developed. Early career highlights include serving as Second Assistant County Attorney in Erie County, managing a busy litigation division, and practicing civil litigation as an attorney in various law firms. Thomas holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Temple University and a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
