Bill Rauer, MBA, is an experienced architect and business leader currently serving as General Manager at Merchants Moving & Storage and as Owner & Managing Member of Developing Solutions Group LLC, where coaching and consulting in commercial real estate development and organizational governance are the focus. With a diverse background, Bill held key positions such as Executive Officer at the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Boise State University. Previous roles include Operations Leader at Forge Building Company, Business Manager at Cornerstone Design, and President of WV Rauer Business Coaching Inc. Bill’s education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Architecture, both from Boise State University and the University of Idaho, respectively.
