Courtney Purcell

Courtney Purcell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Courtney started their career as a Barista at Taste of Scandinavia in 2010, where they developed excellent customer service skills and multitasking abilities. Courtney then worked as a Server/Maker at Masterson Personnel's MN State Fair booth from 2008 to 2012, interacting with customers and handling orders in a fast-paced environment.

Courtney also worked as a Nanny for three summers, starting in 2010. In this role, they were responsible for taking care of children, managing their activities and homework, and preparing meals.

During their college years, Courtney worked as a Boutique Associate at Francescas Collections, where they gained valuable customer service skills. Courtney then joined Anthropologie as a Senior Sales Associate in 2016, where they worked full-time for nearly three years, assisting customers with their outfitting needs for special events.

Courtney briefly worked as an Associate Market Account Executive at Foodsby in 2019, before joining Merchology in 2021 as a Merchologist. Courtney recently transitioned to the role of Brand Referral Specialist.

In addition to their other work experiences, Courtney has helped their parents with their funeral home business, assisting with office work, cleaning, and helping with visitations and funerals.

Courtney Purcell attended the University of Iowa from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
