Anke Schenkel

Anke Schenkel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and controlling, currently serving as the Head of the CFO Office at Merck Gruppe since March 2023. Previously, Anke held various leadership roles within Merck Gruppe from February 2015 to June 2022, including Head of Controlling Life Science, Head of Group Controlling & Risk Management, and Controlling Healthcare - Head of Forecasting, Reporting & Governance. Prior to that, Anke was the Head of M&A Controlling at Merck Group from July 2010 to January 2014 and worked at PwC in Valuation & Strategy from November 2004 to June 2010. Anke holds a Diplom-Kauffrau in Business Administration from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, earned between 1999 and 2004.
