Joanna Aziz is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Network Operations for the Near East at Merck Group since July 2021, Joanna has progressively advanced through various roles, including Supply Network Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Algorithm Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, where roles spanned from Supply Chain Manager to Business Planning Assistant Manager, contributing to the coordination of procurement activities and strategic project implementation. Joanna's early career includes roles in engineering and medical representation, complemented by an educational background featuring an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, a Master of Science in Industrial Technology from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the Lebanese University.
