Pratima Reddy has extensive experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, demonstrated through positions at Merck Group, Merck Healthcare, and Merck Consumer Health. As a Country Speaker and Regional Business Lead for the General Medicine & Endocrinology Franchise in the APAC region at Merck Group from October 2019 to July 2022, Pratima Reddy contributed to strategic initiatives. Prior roles include serving as MD and GM for Healthcare India and Director of the Oncology Business Unit, where accountability for P&L management and the development of business plans was essential. Additionally, Pratima Reddy held the position of Director of Global R&D Strategy and Governance at Merck Consumer Health. Pratima Reddy holds an MBA in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and an M.Com in Accountancy and Economics from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
