Sven Streit

Sven Streit has extensive experience in the fields of IT validation, digital technologies, and management, currently serving as the Head of Corporate eQA Systems & IT Validation at Merck Gruppe since July 2008. In addition to this role, Sven has taken on various leadership positions, including Senior Expert Innovation and New Technology, Service Owner Global Core Services, and Head of IT Service Center Europe. Involved in advocacy for digital technology within the chemical industry, Sven represents Merck KGaA as a member of the NoE Digital Technologies at Cefic. Recent contributions include participation in the Quality Digital Advisory Board at Merck Life Science, mentoring at the Mentoring Club, and involvement in the VDI Verein Deutscher Ingenieure e.V. as a member of the GAMP DACH Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence. Previous experience includes senior roles at Star Alliance, IKEA, icon medialab, 3M, and Hoechst AG. Sven holds a Diploma in Economics and Business Informatics from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences.
