Currently serving as Senior Director and Quality Operations Lead at Merck, Alethea has previously held significant roles, including Director of Risk & Analytics at Merck and Director of Quality & Compliance at Organon. Alethea's expertise includes providing GCP consultancy with a risk-based approach in the oncology space and managing global clinical quality and compliance initiatives at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Alethea's career began at Hoffman La Roche, Inc., where responsibilities included line management of quality personnel. Alethea holds graduate certificates in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law and Compliance, as well as Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law.
