Arsenia Walters

Arsenia Walters is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Associate Director at Merck since October 2020, with responsibilities in training compliance and content development. Previously, Arsenia held the role of Global Supply Chain Training Manager at JUUL Labs from July 2019 to September 2020 and worked as a Quality Analyst in Training for Critical Care at Edwards Lifesciences for a brief period in 2019. Arsenia also contributed to Chinook MS as VP PTSA Membership from September 2012 to February 2019 and led global compliance training at Hospira between April and August 2012, following an earlier tenure as Recruitment and Training Manager at the same company from 2004 to 2007. Beginning a career in recruitment and training at Abbott from November 1999 to May 2004, Arsenia holds a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and has also studied at Radford University.
