Don Yanaitis

Don Yanaitis is an experienced learning and development executive currently serving as the Executive Director of the Learning Portfolio Office at Merck since September 2021, overseeing governance, project management, and communication for the Global Learning Development function. Previously, Don held various roles at Comcast, including Director of Learning and Development and Senior Director of Compliance Learning & Development, where leadership focused on merging learning with product management and compliance training. Earlier career experience includes senior director roles at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, managing substantial teams and budgets to address workforce readiness, and multiple positions at McBee, contributing to sales training and development efforts. Don holds a B.Sc. in Management Science from SUNY Geneseo and an A.S. in Business Administration from Monroe Community College.
