Gigi Ross

Gigi Ross is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in infectious diseases and vaccines. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Field Medical at Merck since January 2015, Gigi has also held roles as Strategy Lead for Vaccines and Team Lead for Infectious Diseases Scientific Directors. Previous experience includes positions at Cubist Pharmaceuticals as Senior Clinical Scientific Director for the Central Region and at Optimer Pharmaceuticals as Senior Director of Field Medical Affairs. Gigi has an extensive academic background, including a PharmD from the University of Minnesota, an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, and a post-doctoral fellowship in Infectious Diseases from the University of Minnesota. Additional roles have been held at Johnson & Johnson, iCan Inc, and the Minnesota Regional Poison Center.
